With previous experience in hospitality, fashion and the amusement industries, Jada carries with her a wide variety of skills. Jada is ready to work with a company that looks beyond the resumé and knows the importance of hiring people with a dedicated heart and varied experience.

  • Hospitality

    After attending the Stay Wyse travel conference in Miami, Jada connected with CEO Alastair Thomann, who gave her the opportunity to work with Generator and Freehand hotels as a Marketing & E-Commerce Intern. She was able to help grow their social accounts and provide support to backend webpage operations.

  • Fashion

    Jada started volunteering at Minnesota Fashion Week events shortly after she got her license. Since then, she has styled runway shows, handled backstage direction, overseen guest experience, and directed other volunteers. Her most memorable moments have been working with MNFW founder Sarah Edwards and co-producing the Rose & Bull shows.

  • Amusement

    Growing up on a family owned and operated carnival, Jada had to quickly learn what it means to work hard, problem solve, and serve. She has had the opportunity to train and lead multiple teams of 15+ people through day to day operations at county and state fairs. She especially enjoys working with her family and the returning “carnies” who come back year after year.

  • Jada contributes much of who she is to her experience growing up on a traveling carnival. She is incredibly thankful that it has given her the opportunity to travel, work with a variety of unique people, develop her leadership skills, and build something from the ground up over and over again. Because the carnival only operates 4 months out of the year, Jada spends her other months traveling and taking on passion projects. She prides herself on her positive outlook on life, ability to quickly adapt, and “How you do one thing, is how you do everything” attitude.

  • Jada received her Associates of Business Management from Minneapolis Community & Technical College. Jada continues to educate herself through online programs, reading books on topics that interest her, and actively seeks to learn something new every day.

  • Jada is currently seeking roles within the Hospitality industry. It is an industry that draws her attention again and again, not only because of her own love for travel but because of the P E R S P E C T I V E that travel, hotels and hospitality have to offer.

    In time, she sees herself in a role that gives her the ability to use her leadership skills, operations background, and creativity to help grow a company that knows that travelers often come seeking one thing, discover many, and leave with newfound vision.
